Some impressions from a 5.400 Liter planted aquarium set up and maintain by Oliver Knott. It is 4,5 Meter long, 1 Meter high and 1,2 Meter wide. The video showing the actually layout about 3 months after set up. So some of the plants need still few weeks or months to grow to their maxium high. Not necessarily, and depending on the season and location. Flood planes near the mouth of the Amazon=hundreds of plants and clear water. Mabey in the upper parts of the river, I can understand it may not have as clear water and fewer plants but in the lower, you are wrong

The amazon water is murky and dirty with no plants but it depends on on the season and which part of the amazon Like in the rainy season in the brazilian side is very murky with with the payaguayan sides are clean with plants yes,it does closely resemble the amazon but bogwood insted of robutus roots

in a tank like this i would have used altum angels instead of koi angels… just my opinion…

yea i agree, or atleast some silver angel which jus looks close to altums. the koi are jus taking away all the looks of the tank.
